Most general contractors farm millwork out to two or three shops, hope the joinery aligns, and pass the markup to the client. We don’t.

Every banquette, cabinet, panel, fixture and reception desk on a DKT project is drawn in our shop, cut on our CNC, hand-finished by our team, and installed by the same crew that built it. One chain of custody. One number to call when something needs to be perfect.

For procurement officers and GC estimators, this also means one bonded, MBE-certified vendor on the contract — not three.
