Four decades of craft. One accountable team.
DKT was founded by Duk Jun Park, a builder with more than forty years in residential, commercial and retail construction. His idea was simple: a single firm that could deliver every interior trade, so clients never have to manage the pieces.
That idea shaped everything DKT became. Our design team is trained in architecture. Our shop cuts and finishes millwork in-house. Our contract office handles the compliance that public work demands. The same leadership follows each project from pricing through closeout.
Today DKT builds for New York City agencies, global corporations, landmark cultural institutions, restaurants and private residences across New York, New Jersey and beyond.
