Duk Jun Park
President

Duk Jun Park

Forty years of craft behind every DKT project.

Duk Jun Park has spent more than forty years building across residential, commercial, retail and institutional work, and he sets the standard for craftsmanship on every DKT project.

He founded DKT as a minority-owned, one-stop interior builder with every interior trade under one roof, so clients never have to manage the pieces themselves.

That idea is most visible in DKT's in-house millwork shop. Custom CNC work, cabinetry and architectural features are made by DKT's own people, which gives the firm direct control over quality, schedule and cost. Mr. Park knows what each client needs, and he built DKT to adapt to it and deliver.

Sal Saleh
VP of Public Sector

Sal Saleh

Leads DKT's work with New York's public agencies.

Sal Saleh leads DKT's public-sector practice. Before moving to the contractor side, he worked in construction management on public projects, administering the same standards, approvals and reporting requirements he now delivers against.

That experience on both sides of the table is his defining strength. He understands how agencies define scope, what their budgets demand and what a clean closeout takes, so DKT's public projects move without friction.

Mr. Saleh has managed more than $50 million of construction and leads the growth of DKT's work with agencies including the MTA and NYCEDC. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from The City College of New York's Spitzer School of Architecture.

Ellie Yoon
VP of Private Sector & Design

Ellie Yoon

Carries the client's vision from first sketch to final punch list.

Ellie Yoon leads DKT's private-sector work and all of the firm's in-house design. Trained as an architect and designer, she carries both the client's vision and the contract documents through every phase of a project, resolving design intent and constructability before they become field problems.

She has managed more than $50 million of construction across commercial, residential, institutional and educational work, with responsibility for schedule, cost and subcontractor coordination.

Ms. Yoon is DKT's key partner to its vendors, suppliers and subcontractors. Her project experience includes the MTA, NYCEDC and diplomatic clients including the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Korea to the United Nations.

Misook Gwon, Ph.D.
Contract Director

Misook Gwon, Ph.D.

Keeps every contract, certification and filing airtight.

Misook Gwon directs contract administration and compliance for DKT. She manages the firm's certifications, agency requirements and contractual obligations, and she is the central point of contact for compliance documentation: certified payroll, prevailing wage filings, M/WBE reporting, insurance and agency submissions.

Dr. Gwon reviews each contract at award, briefs the project team on every obligation and tracks those obligations through closeout, so nothing surfaces as a surprise at requisition. She partners closely with owners and their representatives to protect the interests of the project and the agency.

Her experience in contract compliance extends from construction into business operations, which gives DKT a depth of administrative discipline that is rare for a firm of its size.
